Paris Hilton is out of jail, but the Simple Life star will be confined to her house and forced to wear an electronic monitoring device, police said at a press conference Thursday morning.

Law enforcement agreed to reassign Paris to her home for “medical reasons.”

Those reasons were not revealed to reporters due to privacy laws.
Paris will not be allowed to leave her home for the next 40 days, after which her sentence will be done

On June 4th she step foot in Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., which is about 5 miles away from Los Angeles, earlier than everybody expected her to start her prison term.
Her release is nothing to amazed of, actually most of the people (read: everybody) was expecting this. You have to be an idiot to believe she would serve 40 days in jail.
The next day, media reported that she was “doing very well” in jail (if she was doing so well, why doesn’t she move in forever )
“She’s doing very well under the circumstances. The staff here have reported that she has been gracious, polite, and thankful for helping her.”
“Her attitude is: ‘I’m going to come in here, I’m going to do my time, get it over with, and I’m going to show the world who I really am.’ She’s using this time to reflect on her life, to see what she can do to make the world better.”

This is the interesting part: “to make the world better”. I bet that she will, after she finishes her sentence, maybe donate to charity a large sum of money, or she will help organizations from Irak or Africa or other 3rd world countries (actually the extremely poor countries) or something related to this.
Why?
Well, first of all because if she continues appear in the news as “seen at X club, partying”, people will really get bored and she will lose publicity. We all know she wants fame, and wants to continue beeing a celebrity.
Second, because her life is like a telenovela; somebody controls her every single appearance in the media. So they have to think of what’s going to happen next? How are we going to keep the audience alive and hungry for her? Who’s going to sleep with whom ?

This is just my opinion. Some may consider it wrong or stupid but I’m sticking to it.
