After eleven years of marriage Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora are officially divorced.

Wednesday, after lawyers for both parties came to terms on a settlement, a judge from LA signed the divorce papers, according to People Magazine.

While neither side has disclosed terms of the deal, when Locklear filed for the divorce in February of 2006, she requested that the court uphold the terms of the duo’s prenuptial agreement.

In papers filed by Sambora the following month, he too requested that the prenuptial agreement be enforced, and did not appear to challenge Locklear on the issue of custody over their nine-year-old daughter Ava Elizabeth.
